Sharing the Warmth

Yellow scarf hanging on railing

Sharing the Warmth is a program that helps provide Royal Oak's textile artists a way to display their knitted scarfs, mittens, and hats and for those who need those items to pick them up.  Items are available to anyone who would like one and are hung along the railing outside of the entrance to the Royal Oak Library.  Items are handmade, one-of-a-kind, and frequently re-stocked.

If you are interested in donating completed works, yarn, or other supplies, please email the Commission for the Arts.  At this time we do have enough yarn to produce pieces, but will accept donations.
