Areas of the City of Royal Oak experienced flooding due to heavy rainfall overnight. It’s all hands on deck at the Department of Public Services (DPS) as crews evaluate flooded streets and take reports of flooded basements.
The Engineering Division is tracking storm data with Oakland County.
