CAP2506 13 Mile Road Resurfacing

Rochester Road to Campbell Road

The contractor will be pouring concrete curbing, sidewalks and pavement this week, weather permitting. Once poured, the concrete must cure for 7-10 days until it can be re-opened to traffic.

CAP2507 N. Main Street and Coolidge Highway Resurfacing

Coolidge Highway from 14 Mile Road to north city limits

N. Main Street from 13 Mile Road to north city limits

This project is now substantially complete. The roadways have been re-opened fully to traffic and only minor restoration work remains to be completed.

CAP2510 Water Main Improvements

1. Lexington Boulevard - N. Washington to Marais

2. Nakota Road - Crooks to Hillcrest/Massoit

3. E. Parent Avenue - Longfellow to dead end

The new water main pipe has been installed on Lexington and passed testing. This week there will be two water main connections scheduled for Monday and Tuesday. Residents affected will be notified in advance via doorhanger with the start time and duration of the shut off.

Once the water main connections are complete the contractor will begin work on connecting each residence's water service line to the new water main. This is only about a 30-minute shutoff and the contractor will knock on doors prior to turning the water off for this short duration of work.

2025 Sidewalk Program

All regular sidewalk work is complete. The contractor is working on their punch list of repairs.

Please note that construction schedules are tentative, and may change based on weather delays, subcontractors or substantial field modifications. These updates are based on the information currently available.
