2024 Construction Projects Map

Use the map above to see if a project is affecting your street. The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.

Notices of Construction have been mailed to affected residents and copies are available online here.

CAP2410 Water Main Improvements

All water main installation and connections are complete for both streets, only roadwork is remaining.

On Northwood & Sycamore, the contractor has begun milling the existing asphalt off the roadways, beginning with westbound Northwood, followed by eastbound Northwood, finishing with Sycamore. Once complete they will begin paving the first layer of asphalt on the roadways.

The contractor is also finishing up miscellaneous concrete work along the corridor.

The landscaping restoration and sprinkler repairs will be completed over the next few weeks.

CAP2440 Green Infrastructure Improvements

Sheridan Drive - Arden Place - Grandview Road

The contractor is finishing prepping the roadway for new concrete on Grandview this week. They are also working on landscape restoration.

Recently paved areas/driveways will be re-opened to vehicles beginning tomorrow.
