2024 Construction Projects Map

Use the map above to see if a project is affecting your street. The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.

Notices of Construction have been mailed to affected residents and copies are available online here.

CAP2407 Crooks Road

The contractor is finishing final paving of the outside lanes and intersections. On Tuesday they will switch traffic to begin final paving on the inside lanes. Once complete they will stripe the new roadway lines then open the roadway fully to traffic.

Landscape restoration is also expected to be completed this week.

CAP2435 Road Reconstruction

All project streets are complete with only minor landscape restoration and punch list work remaining, except Vinsetta.

On Vinsetta, the contractor will be pouring new concrete for the northbound side of the roadway this week. Work will shift to the southbound side the week of October 14th.

CAP2410 Water Main Improvements

All water main installation and connections are complete for both streets, only roadwork is remaining.

On Northwood, the contractor is finishing concrete work in various areas along the corridor including sidewalk ramps and curbing.

On Sycamore, the contractor has begun installing the new curbing on the north side of the street. Once complete they will pour the new driveway approaches. Crews are also pouring concrete at the intersection of Bonnie View Drive this week.

If residents driveway access will be affected, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger.

CAP2440 Green Infrastructure Improvements

Sheridan Drive - Arden Place - Grandview Road

The contractor is grading and prepping the roadway for new concrete on Grandview and Sheridan this week.

If residents will be affected by a water shut off, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger with the date, start time and duration of the shut off.

If residents driveway access will be affected, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger.
