Use the map above to see if a project is affecting your street. The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.

Notices of Construction have been mailed to affected residents and copies are available online here.

CAP2416/2415 Asphalt Resurfacing

This week the contractor will doing cleanup, restoration and striping on Sherman and Sixth.

CAP2410 Water Main Improvements

On Northwood, the contractor will be working on pavement removals and pouring new concrete.

On Sycamore, the contractor will continue working on transferring individual water services to the new water main. Final water main connection to follow.

If residents will be affected by a water shut off, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger with the date, start time and duration of the shut off.

CAP2440 Green Infrastructure Improvements

Sheridan Drive - Arden Place - Grandview Road

The contractor will be working on pavement removals on the north leg of Arden Place and begin excavating for the rain garden.

If residents will be affected by a water shut off, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger with the date, start time and duration of the shut off.
