Here at the Royal Oak Public Library, we know that some of our residents cannot physically leave their homes. We want to bring the library to you! The Royal Oak Public Library Homebound Service program helps fulfill the library’s mission by offering services to residents who are homebound due to disability or illness and are physically unable to visit the library.
You must be a resident of Royal Oak in order to participate. Other restrictions may apply - please review the application for details. You also need a Royal Oak Public Library card to participate. If you do not have one, we will get you set up.
Participation in the program is on a first-come, first-served basis. If demand exceeds capacity, the Royal Oak Public Library reserves the right to reduce, cancel or deny service at any time.
