awe_computerThe Ronald McDonald House Charities have awarded a grant of $13,300 to the Friends of the Royal Oak Public Library for the purchase of four AWE Early Literacy Stations. These computer stations will benefit preschool and elementary aged children who are acquiring reading and math skills. The community is invited to a short dedication ceremony of the new AWE Early Literacy Stations on Tuesday, February 26 at 6:45 PM at library.

The four computer stations will have a positive impact on helping children gain literacy and math skills along with acquiring some basic computer skills. They are preloaded with games and activities that cover seven curriculum areas for children ages 2-8.

Will you have any instructional classes for parents so we know what the system offers? I have tried to figure them out and wish someone could show me what would be good for my kids age. I have heard other mothers wishing the same thing.
