- Traveling Farm from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Farm animals from the Bowers School Farm will be on the Library lawn. Come see and pet the animals.
- Register for Summer Reading in the Friends Auditorium! It is not just for children: check out the Teen and Adult Summer Reading Programs, too. On Opening Day, in-person registration only; beginning June 13 you may also register online or by phone.

In remembrance of the 150th anniversary of the outbreak of the Civil War and to coincide with our April Civil War programs, we have created a Civil War exhibit featuring items from a special collection donated to ROPL in May of 1966 by Ralzemond Drake Parker. Mr. Parker was the son of Royal Oak pioneers, Ralzemond A. and Sarah Drake Parker.
