Please read the guidelines:

1. Royal Oak residents only.
2. Adults only, 18 years and older.
3. You must pick up the card in person and present ID.
4. New cards only. Do not use for renewals, lost cards, etc.
5. You should allow 3 business days for processing. You then have one month to pick it up.
6. No charge. No waiting at the desk. Just show ID to staff and the card is good to go.
