Any resident of Royal Oak is entitled to a library card but you must provide proof of residency. A valid driver's license with a RO address is sufficient but if you do not have that then we accept other types of proof alongside your picture ID, such as a property tax receipt or utility bill. If you live in a different community that's part of the Library Network you enjoy full privileges at ROPL too. For more information please contact Matthew Day at 248-246-3732 or matthew@ropl.org
