Does the child need to be a R.O. resident to attend stories and events?
I was wondering if my daughter, who lives in Warren, can bring my grandsons to the childrens events you hold. In other words ... must you be a R.O. resident to take part?

    Our youth, teen, and adult programs are open to anyone interested.  You do not need to be a Royal Oak resident to attend.  Some programs request registration and you can do that online from our website or by phone (248 246 3725 in the case of youth and teen programs; 248 246 3727 for adult programs).
