If you are a Royal Oak resident all you need is a valid driver license or state ID with your RO address on it. If you just moved here and your picture ID does not have your RO address then we would need verification of residency such as lease or mortgage papers or utility bill. If you do not live in RO but live in a community that is part of The Library Network you can get your card at your home library and use it at ROPL. TLN includes virtually all of Oakland and most of Wayne county.
