Juanita I. Bookout age 90 of Madison Heights passed away December 13 2012. She was born September 15 1922 in Piggott Arkansas. Beloved wife of the late Truman H. Bookout (1980). Loving mother of Sue (Larry) May and Philip (Debby) Bookout. She is also survived by grandchildren Gary Lisa Michael and Tim; great-grandchildren Tiffany Angel Brittany Hannah Autumn Addison and Lathan; great-great-granddaughter Heidi; brothers Ivan Paul and Douglas McLeskey; sisters Lucille Jewell Ella J.
