M. Vivian Karlowski age 87 of Rochester Hills formerly of Berkley passed away on Sunday June 17 2012 with her loving family at her side. Beloved wife of the late Norbert for 59 years. Dearest mother of Steven (Carol) Karlowski Lynn (Ronald) Ray and Karen Karlowski. Loving grandmother of one grandchild and four great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Betty Barry and Frank (Joan) Robison. Mrs. Karlowski was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Navy. She led an active life style which included golfing bowling cross country skiing and playing cards. Visitation at the Sawyer-Fuller Funeral Home 2125 Twelve Mile Road (two blocks west of Woodward Avenue) in Berkley 3-9 p.m. Tuesday. Rosary 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. She will lie instate at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church 2600 Harvard at Coolidge Road in Berkley Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. until time of funeral at 11 a.m. Burial at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly Michigan on Thursday.
