Sylvia Rivard, 87, of Bayonet Point, Fla., formerly of Royal Oak, died Feb. 7, 2008. While a Michigan resident, Mrs. Rivard worked as a loan officer with Wayne Oakland Bank and was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Royal Oak. Mrs. Rivard is survived by her husband, Donald; daughter placeNan (John) Stindt; brother George Baditoi; sisters Viola Iovan and Lorraine Fabry; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Donald Jr.; and grandchild Andrew Stindt. A memorial service will be held April 19, 11 a.m., at First Presbyterian Church of Royal Oak.
