Mona Carrier, 65, a lifelong resident of Clawson, died Tuesday, April 1, 2008. Mrs. Carrier worked as a bookkeeper for Pica-no's Restaurant for 23 years. She loved her family, bowling, playing pinochle, quilting and going to the casino. She is survived by her children, Michele (Mike) Combs and Richard (Kelly) Carrier; grandchildren, Ashlee, Shannon, Shiloh, Lauren, Riley and Emily; and brother, William Marvel. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard, whom she married in 1965; and her parents, Orlando Caldwell and Jennie (Gordon) Marvel. Visitation is Friday, 2-9 p.m., and funeral Saturday, 10 a.m., at Gramer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., Clawson. Burial will be at Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak.
