Andrew J. Osip Sr., 61, of Lake Orion, formerly of Waterford, Lakeville and Royal Oak, died Monday, March 31, 2008, at his home. He was born April 7, 1946, in Detroit. Mr. Osip was a U.S. Army veteran who served in Vietnam. He enjoyed boating, the mountains, bowling, gaming and watching hockey. He also loved dogs and cats. Mr. Osip is survived by his wife, Ellen (Forster) Osip, whom he married July 1, 1967; children, Andy (Julie) Osip and Dennis (Michelle) Osip; and grandchildren, Alex, Stephanie, Ashley, Heather, Alyssa, Danielle and Dean. Visitation will be Thursday from 1-9 p.m., and an 8 p.m. funeral service, both at Lyle Elliott Funeral Home, 31730 Mound, Warren.
