Douglas W. Snow, 61, of Sterling Heights, formerly of Royal Oak, died March 29, 2008, at his home. He was born Dec. 15, 1946, in Detroit. Mr. Snow was a millwright and machine repairman for 40 years. He also served in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Snow was an avid outdoors-man and enjoyed carving duck decoys. He is survived by his wife, Aarona K. Snow, whom he married May, 1969; children Kenneth D. Snow of Chesterfield Township and Steven W. Snow of Sterling Heights; his parents, Walter and Mary Frances Snow; siblings Gordon of Alpena, Ronald of Royal Oak, and Helen of Royal Oak; and granddaughter Casandra. A private family service will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
