William Conrad Mackie, 79, formerly of Southfield, died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2007, in Tucson, Ariz. He was the beloved husband of Ruth; loving father of Brian, Scott and James (Debbie); proud grandpa to Michael, Ashley, Jacob and Joshua; and dear uncle to many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008, at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery on Long Lake Road in Troy.
