Jean Noe, 77, of Madison Heights, died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008, at home. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Mrs. Noe was predeceased by her husband, James; her son, Randy Keith; and a brother, Hugh Maness. Surviving are her children, Pamela (Chris) Starling, Patricia (Russell) Lacount and Lisa (Mike) Randall; grandchildren, Jessica, Lisa, Michael, James "J.R.", Amanda, Alysha, Kayla and Krystal; great-grandson, Seth; and her sister, Louise Crawford. Funeral arrangements are pending at the Johnson Funeral Home in Churchill, Tenn. Local arrangements made by Hoperoft Funeral Home, Madison Heights. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
