Dorothy Pauline Jordan, 86, of Royal Oak, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2008, at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. She was born June 4, 1921, in Paragould, Ark. Mrs. Jordan was a member of the Royal Oak Church of Christ. She retired from the Madison Heights School District in the late 1980s. She loved traveling. She was predeceased by her husband, William. Mrs. Jordan is survived by her children, William (Linda), Cynthia (Bill) McMahon, John (Maria), Kathryn (Joseph) Maxwell, Elaine (Tom) Jackman and Lynda Pennington; grandchildren, Julie, Tiffany, Christopher, Caroline, Courtney, Taylor, Dorin, Brittney, Daniel, Jonathan, Melissa and Joy; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation, 3-9 p.m. Thursday at Hoperoft Funeral Home, 31145 John R, Madison Heights; instate, 10 a.m. Friday until services at 11 a.m. at the Royal Oak Church of Christ, 115 S.
