Michael "Mike" P. McAuliffe, 76 of Madison Heights, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2007 at home. He was born in Detroit. Mr. McAuliffe founded Mike McAuliffe Sales based in southeastern Michigan representing electrical manufacturers since 1969. Mike's love of travel took him and his family to many a destination where they could ski, sail, and golf. He was always quick to laugh. His strength, love and grin will be celebrated. He is sur- vived by wife, Marilyn McAuliffe, whom he wed Oct. 11, 1952 at St. Dennis Catholic Church, Royal Oak; children, Deborah (Mi- chael) Goloback of Brighton, Diane (Richard) Doney of Brighton, Michael (Suzanne) McAuliffe of Pinckney, Stephen (Cyndi) McAuliffe of Royal Oak James (Aim Marie) McAuliffe of Troy, Matthew (Laurie) McAuliffe of Rochester, Kristi McAuliffe of Pleasant Ridge; siblings, James McAuliffe, Catherine Dube, William McAuliffe and Jennie Ryan; 16 Grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
