Douglas L. Riggs, 74, of Warren died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2007, at Henry Ford Village Nursing Home, Dearborn. He was born July 2, 1933, in Detroit. Mr. Riggs was a retired automotive draftsman and U.S. Navy veteran. Surviving are his wife, Joyce; children, Mark of South Lyon, Craig of Clarkston and Scott of Howell; brother, Kenneth; and two grandchildren, Patrick and Andrew Private services for family only; arrangements, David J. Wysocki Funeral Home, Warren.
