Lola Maynard, 69, a 53year resident of Clawson, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2007, at home. She was born July 22, 1938, in Cawood, Ky. Mrs. Maynard worked at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, for 20 years. Her greatest hobby was her family. She also enjoyed crafts, gardening, home interiors and canning. She was predeceased by her husband, John, March 17, 2001, a son, Kevin and sibling Cuma Lowe. Surviving are her children, Pam (John) Brewer, Ted (Carrie) Surgener, Karen (Steve) Jackson, Theresa Surgener, Kim (Dave) Wright and Cheryl (James Dickson) Surgener; grandchildren, Shanna, Daniel, John, Ted, Bruce, Kevin, Kellie, Nicole, David and Dillon; greatgranddaughter, Rainna and siblings, Grover Fields, Raymond (Joyce) Fields, Wanda (Clarence) Skidmore and Sharon (Pete) Dean. Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Hoperoft Funeral Home, 31145 John R, Madison Heights. Burial will be in Fields Cemetery Cawood, Ky.
