Dennis Leahy, 77, of Royal Oak, died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007, in Royal Oak. He was born Feb. 26, 1930, in Royal Oak. Mr. Leahy served in the Air National Guard in the 1950s and was employed by the Detroit Edison Co. for over 30 years. He also was an avid down-hill skier and enjoyed ballroom dancing. He was predeceased by his parents, Etoile and David Leahy. Mr. Lehy is survived by a sister, Catherine (Grover) Serenbetz; niece, Nancy Serenbetz; cousins, John and Scott Truesdell, and Shirley Miller; lifelong friends, Norman and Oletta Lyons, their children and grandchildren; and close friend, Shirley Parker. Memorial visitation, 9 a.m. Saturday until 11 a.m. service at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Road, Royal Oak; the Rev.
