Bernice Marie Todd, 87, of Berkley for more than 60 years, died Friday, Sept. 14, 2007, at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. She was born June 18, 1920, in Alanson to James and Winifred McPhee. Mrs. Todd was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Berkley, the United Methodist Women, and was a former Berkley Rotarian. She was predeceased in 1982 by her husband, John, whom she married in 1943 in Oklahoma. She is survived by her children, Cathie Matthews of Berkley, Sue Ann (Roy) Atwood of Warren, and John (Beth) Todd of Lake Orion; siblings, Sara Clark of Florida, Gerald (Margaret) McPhee of St. Clair, and Robert McPhee of Royal Oak; grandchildren, Michelle, Jeffrey, James, Paul, Gabriel, Jason, Megan and Aaron; and great-grandchildren, Jack, John, Lauren and Ethan. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church, 2820 12 Mile Road, Berkley, with the Rev. George E.
