Dorothy Eugene (Carr) McNabb, 94, of Sterling Heights for four years and formerly of Hazel Park for 70 years, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2007, at home. She was born Jan. 11, 1913, in Detroit to Frederick and Donna Carr. Mrs. McNabb was a homemaker. She loved crocheting, reading and doing puzzles. She will be missed by her family and friends. Mrs. McNabb was predeceased in 1985 by her husband, George Leslie McNabb, whom she wed June 26, 1929, in Bowling Green, Ohio; children, William McNabb and Delores Jenks; and four brothers and five sisters. She is survived by her children, Nina J. (Marvin) Tucker of Troy and George (Carol) McNabb Jr. of Shelby Township; 19 grand=children; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
