George J. Collett, 74, of Madison Heights, died Friday, Aug. 24, 2007, at home. He was born Aug. 26, 1932, in Jayme, Ky. ME Collett was a Madison Heights resident since 1958. He owned Eino's Heating & Cooling for more than 25 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran in Korea. He loved his two golden retrievers "Max" and "Molly" Mr. Collett was predeceased by his parents, George W. and Lydia Blanton Collett Lewis; sisters, Elsie Slusher, Irene Hatfield, Jean Beaty and Pauline Schmidt; and half sisters, Tootsie Collett Blanton, Edna Collett Sidllow and Hazel Collett Parkey. Surviving are his children, Joan (Tom) Jones of Godells, Kimberly (Dan) Harrison of Armada, Nancy (Paul) Henson of Berkley, Jeff (Frederica) Collette of Rochester Hills and Marc (Trista) Collett of Center Line; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Angela, Katie, Ben, Hunter, Emily and Eric all of Michigan; brother, Wayne Collette of Atlanta, Ind.; sisters, Connie Turner of Crescent Springs, Ky., Bertina Gray of Crescent Springs; Diane Duncan of Monroe; half-sister, Catherine Fletcher of Hidman, Ky.; stepbrothers, Mitchell Lewis of Monroe, Alvin Lewis of Monroe, George Lewis of Thomsaston, Ga., Cecil Lewis of Monroe and Dewey Lewis of Monroe; step sister, Hazel Hatfield of Angola, Ind.
