Betty Mae Davis, 70, of Suffolk, Va:, formerly of Ferndale, died Saturday, July 14, 2007, at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center, Richmond, Va. She was born April 28, 1937, in Ferndale. She was a 1955 graduate of Royal Oak High School, and she retired from Abrasive Diamond Tool as an industrial diamondsetter. She was predeceased by a son, Michael Turner; and parents, Leo and Myra Turner. Surviving are her children, Dawn (Jerry) Jones of Suffolk, Va., and Donald Davis II of Carson City Nev.; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
