Wilma L. Johnson age 75 a resident of Madison Heights since 1970 passed away April 3 2011 at home. Born May 6 1935 in Habersham Tenn. Wilma moved to Michigan in 1955. She retired from the Michigan Department of Transportation and was a member of the Twelve-Ryan Baptist Church in Warren. She is survived by her siblings Vida (Chester) Gaylor Eubank Ky. John (Kathryn) Bruce Knoxville Tenn. Bertha (the late George) Vazzana Knoxville Tenn. and Joanna (the late William) Zobel Troy; and many nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her children Karen Fitchett and Brian Johnson; her siblings Willard Bruce Lawrence Bruce Leona VonBrethorst Ava Branam Howard Bruce and Audrey Bradley.Visitation Thursday 3-8 p.m. at Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home 30351 Dequindre Madison Heights.
