Grogran, Magdalene Lavone Warriner (nee Campbell); passed away peacefully with family at her side on December 3, 2014; at the Villa Maria Care Center in Tucson, Arizona. Magdalene was known variously to her friends and family as Mom, Maddie, and Madge. She was born in Logansport, Indiana in 1922 to Lester and Mary Campbell. Shortly thereafter, the family moved to Pontiac, Michigan, where Madge spent her youth. She was the second youngest and last survivor of her 9 siblings. In 1942, she married John Warriner with whom she had 7 children. She enjoyed swimming and playing bridge. She is survived by her children, Michael, Karen, Susan, William, Patricia, and Mary Anne; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by John (1990); and her son, George (2008). In 1998, Maddie married her childhood sweetheart, Carl Grogan. They enjoyed more than 10 years together until his death in 2009. A Family Service for Magdalene was held in Tucson. Interment will be at Ft.
